We handle data differently depending on the service we are providing:
We act as Data Processors on behalf of our clients. Your end-users' data belongs to you under strict non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
For our own products like Pretii, we collect account and usage data. Processing is governed by each product's individual Terms of Service.
How we use your information
- Respond to your inquiries, quotes, and provide customer support.
- Execute development contracts and deliver agreed-upon services.
- Improve, test, and update our website and digital products.
- Send project updates, invoicing, and administrative communications.
Sharing information with third parties
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business —such as hosting providers like Vercel, databases, or email services— who are contractually required to keep such information confidential and secure.
Data security
We use industry-standard modern practices —encryption, secure databases, and HTTPS protocols— to protect your personal information. However, no method of Internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Use of artificial intelligence tools
We use artificial intelligence tools to speed up software development: code generation, prototypes, testing, and documentation. Architecture, security, and quality decisions are always made by our team.
- Data we don't share. We never enter your product's end-user personal data, production data, credentials, or access keys into AI tools. We use synthetic data for development and testing.
- Tools we use. We only work with tools whose commercial terms state that the information sent to them is not used to train their models.
- Human review. All AI-assisted code is reviewed by one of our engineers before it is merged into the project.
- Ownership. The source code and intellectual property of the project belong to the client, as set out in the contract.
- Confidentiality. We sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) on request. If your project requires certain components to be built without AI tools, we agree on this when defining the product requirements document (PRD).
